£16500 BASIC £22500 OTE
Our client is seeking to recruit 3 Collection Agents to work in their busy call centre.
The purpose of the job is to deal with calls from and to debtors of their clients with the aim of collecting the debts or arranging payment arrangements by instalments.
Candidates will need to have at least one year's experience in debt collection (not credit control), be articulate, hard working, able to work under pressure and diffuse difficult situations.
The hours are on a 3 week shift pattern:
1. 9.00 am -5.30 Monday - Friday
2. 9.00 am -5.30 Monday to Friday with one afternoon off + Saturday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
3. 12.00 noon - 8.30 pm Monday- Thursday, 11.00 am -7.30 pm Friday.
The salary is £16000-17000 basic with an additional £6000 for hitting targets.
