A new client of mine in the pharmaceutical sector is currently interviewing for Internal Auditors to replace ones that have been promoted internally within the business.

With sites all over Europe and North America this rapidly expanding company has grown 20% throughout the recession from both organic growth and acquisitions and looks set to continue with strong expansion into 2010/2011.

With this in mind the company is looking for adaptable candidates that can grow with the organisation and remain dynamic in the role they play. The internal audit function is an area that is seen to add value to the organisation, consulting with senior business members on how to improve processes and procedures. Because of the nature of this work ideally you will have come from a large recognised practice with the CA or equivalent qualification.

The role may involve some European travel but not high quantities and due to progressive nature of the business you should expect be promoted into the business within good time.
