Job Description
The Role:
A large Banking group requires a highly competent Business Analyst to join their Fraud and Risk Programme. The role will support the Project manager in producing the full business case for the various work packages currently in scope. The ideal candidate will have experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, data analysis and customer journey.
You will ensure that all requirements are defined, gathered and documented, working closely with IT and the business and will write and coordinate the development of processes for fraud operation and case management. Design, build and test phases of project work packages, including inputting to test script creation and test planning.

The Candidate:
We only require CV\'s of experienced Business Analysts with excellent process mapping and improvement experience. You must possess recent Banking/Financial Services experience, ideally Retail Banking. You will have proven process mapping and presentation skills and specialist knowledge and experience of Fraud or Credit risk process design will be seen as highly desirable. You will require excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and will be a driven, well-organised team-player, able to present and influence effectively and at senior levels.
