Job Description
Looking for an opportunity in retail? How would you like to work for one of the UK\'s most recognized fashion brands? Founded just over 15 years ago this company employs over 600 staff and generates more than £150 million per year. They are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager your main responsibilities would include:
Assist in supervising a team of 5 people.
Matching supplier invoices against stock receipts.
Coding and Batching all agreed paperwork.
Preparing accruals for month end close.
Preparing and running cheque payment runs and Bacs.
Reconciling bought ledger stock control accounts.
The successful candidate would have a minimum of 2 years experience working within Accounts Payable and previous supervisory experience. In addition, you will ideally have experience working in Retail.
