Full Description:

We are currently looking for a care services manager for a 60 bedded general nursing and residential in Essex.

You will be responsible in the absence of the Home Manager, for the day-to-day running of the Home, to ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
To take responsibility for the effective operation and delivery of the business plan for the home, in conjunction with the Home Manager and to take full responsibility for ensuring high standards of professional practice which meet the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of service users.

Candidates will be
RGN
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player
Genuine interest in working with older people
