Talented Chef de Partie, 4 star, Rosetted property in Kent £16K, Live in.
This 4 star country house hotel with multiple rosettes is seeking a quality Chef de Partie.
This is a demanding role, and the right candidate must be of the highest calibre. Having an excellent career to date, you will have ample experience in high quality establishments. The menus carefully combine classical European cuisine with an exciting contemporary twist. The right candidate will be comfortable in working in a busy environment where hard work will undoubtedly results in fantastic achievements.
The establishment offers restaurant and private dining to residents and non-residents and is a well renowned wedding venue. Qualifications/Experience required:
The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce to a minimum of 2 rosette standard,
Must have approximately 3 years experience at this level.
Experience in modern European cuisine advantageous.
Should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential.
Must have a strong, stable background in quality hotels
Must be reliable, keen to learn and eager to progress
All applicants must be currently residing in the UK.
