Job Description

Magnificent country house 4 star hotel with 2AA rosettes is looking to recruit a talented and motivated individual to join the kitchen brigade.

This is a demanding role in a busy kitchen producing only the highest quality of food for both the restaurant, brasserie and conference & banqueting.

You will be a dedicated, passionate and ambitious individual, someone who works well under pressure looking for a career opportunity which will provide training and development. Benefits include:

The person to suit must be have good all round experience of busy restaurant and banqueting operations, and will either be an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef Rosette background preferred looking for their next step. Should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential.
