Business Manager/COO- Finance/Governance/Vendors/Communications/People
My client, a leading investment bank is looking to appoint a Business Manager/COO within global finance and foreign exchange group.
Within this key role you will be responsible for;
* Financial planning and control
* Governance
* People development [performance management, training and the graduate programme]
* Vendor management
Communications [management meetings, offsites, online, email]
* Administration
You must have;
* Proven track record of business management with overall responsibility of budgets, people and delivery
* Strong financial planning
* Strong project and programme management background
* Strong vendor management
* Strong communication skills
* Solid understanding of business/commercial needs and technical issues
