Job Description
Nigel Frank International, a Pan-European recruitment consultancy based in London & Newcastle, have opportunities for ambitious, motivated individuals with the ability to speak a second European language in either German, Dutch or Spanish to join the London based Operations. You will be responsible for the development and growth of both client and candidate relationships throughout the respected European countries.
We would be interested in hearing from candidates with a higher level education background, have a minimum of 6 months business to business Sales background preferably or between 12-18 month experience in a recruitment environment, however not essential. You will possess strong new business development skills, excellent Communication skills, self motivated with a hunger for success. This role could be ideally suited to someone from a Media Sales background that is looking to progress their career.
The recruitment industry is extremely target driven, ideal candidates would be individuals who are interested in working in a busy, competitive environment enabling themselves to reach their full potential in a sales role as well as reaching individual goals, allowing maximum earning potential though a structured commission scheme.
We are interested in hearing from applicants who are:
Fluent or Mother Tongue in German, Dutch or Spanish
Applicants who have between 6 to 12 months Recruitment, Sales or B2B experience
Highly motivated individuals
