Learning and Development Specialist required by global consultancy to work as Learning and Development Specialist ideally to be based in London/Home Counties with the ability to travel to other sites nationally when the need arises. The role will support the senior management team, and work in partnership with the business leaders and management team. You will develop and implement Learning and Development strategy and lead on projects where appropriate. You will be a qualified L&D practitioner, CIPD qualified and possess solid presentation and facilitation skills. You must have proven experience in developing strategy and delivering management development, leadership development and developing technical capabilities amongst others. Any experience with elearning would be advantageous.
