Job Description

Deputy Manager - Margate - 25-30KOur client is a leading independent healthcare provider with homes across the UK. They own and operate over 25 care centres and nursing homes which are unique and offer consistently high standards of service and care. They are currently seeking a deputy nurse manager to join their friendly nursing home in the Margate area.You will need to be a strong deputy manager with a proven track record in leading a care team to success. You will be completely committed to a resident centred care model and be confident to guide a team of staff through the changes necessary to ensure that this becomes a reality. With strong business acumen and understanding the balance between providing excellent care driven by residents and their families. Ideally you will have a sound knowledge of CSCI standards and a record of working within this framework. This position requires someone who has an operational knowledge of HR practices and understands how these relate to the care home working environment.Candidates will be RGN qualified, with knowledge of dementia care and a minimum of one year\'s supervisory experience within a similar environment.
