Deputy Manager - Margate - £27-£28k + benefitsOur client provides a specialist service from their six Care Homes in Kent. The Services range from residential, nursing, physical disability, dementia, and mental health. They are currently recruiting for a deputy Manager for their 30 bed nursing home in Margate. They require highly motivated, dynamic individuals to join their forward thinking teams. Ideally, you will have the ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.You will be RMN qualified and have good experience of working with elderly client groups. In return you will receive a generous hourly rate, enhanced weekend and bank holiday pay, 28 days holiday and a company pension scheme.
