Our client, a well known name in the phone network industry, are seeking Sales Advisors to work in their branch based in Canterbury. They offer a friendly working environment with plenty of opportunities for personal development and career advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales advisor, you will be:
  • Providing excellent customer service and maximising sales performance of the store
  • Take ownership and resolve customer issues
  • Identify and fulfil customer needs appropriately
  • Liaise with internal and external business units on behalf of suppliers
  • Ensure all policies are maintained and presentation standards are up held within the store

    • Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience of the retail/customer service sector would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Must have excellent communication skills both over the telephone and face to face
  • Proven track record of working well within a team
  • Able to demonstrate commitment

    • Personal Attributes:

  • Warm and welcoming manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must be a motivated and flexible individual
