Our client, a well known name in the phone network industry, are seeking Sales Advisors to work in their branch based in Canterbury. They offer a friendly working environment with plenty of opportunities for personal development and career advancement.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales advisor, you will be:
- Providing excellent customer service and maximising sales performance of the store
- Take ownership and resolve customer issues
- Identify and fulfil customer needs appropriately
- Liaise with internal and external business units on behalf of suppliers
- Ensure all policies are maintained and presentation standards are up held within the store
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience of the retail/customer service sector would be advantageous, but not essential
- Must have excellent communication skills both over the telephone and face to face
- Proven track record of working well within a team
- Able to demonstrate commitment

- Warm and welcoming manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be a motivated and flexible individual
Candidates applying must be available to work during the weekdays as well as weekends working a total of 20 hours per week, however, you must be flexible to work further hours.
