Based in Maidstone, Kent, my client, an established and succesful Insurance provider require an experienced New Business Manager to lead and motivate their busy and friendly team.
Ideal applicants will have Insurance based experience to include Personal Lines, Commercial and some High Net Worth. You will also possess experience in Business Development and the management of a team.
You will be responsible for driving the team forward to achieve and exceed corporate and individual targets, setting and achieving KPI's and the general management and motivation of the New Business team. You will be involved in staff training, recruitment and will hold a key position on the management team of this high profile business.
